Walk to Wellness | 6-week Mindful Walking & Yoga Program
ABOUT THIS EVENT
Mindful walking and gentle yoga program for better health and greater mobility. Learn how to move and feel better from your feet to your head, and inside out.
Join us if you want to:
- Improve your health, walking technique & posture
- Improve your balance
- Move with less pain
- Improve your flexibility & mobility
- Improve your focus & awareness
In each 1.5-hour weekly session, we’ll:
- Learn how to walk for better health on our 3-kilometer walk
- Move our bodies with stretching and gentle yoga
- Become more connected with guided meditation
Week 1: Feet Foundation, Knees & Hips
Week 2: Mouth & Breathing
Week 3: Chest, Shoulders & Head
Week 4: Joints & Inner Energy
Week 5: Whole Body Awareness
Week 6: Energy Awareness
